"I was at the senior citizen center Friday and when I went to leave my car door was locked, I didn’t lock but sometime if I lean up against something it will mash the button and lock the doors. After trying myself and 4 other guys came over to help but to no avail I gave up and called State Farm . I understand that State Farm only pays x amount and if the provider charges more it’s on you. The lady called around to see if she could find someone to help , about an hour later (45miles from Dallas) Dave grant came driving up with a new battery for the key fob because we all thought that was the problem but no so he found a way to open the door so I could get in and drive, every thing works fine from inside but the key fob will not work. He came all the way over to help me and save me some money and all he wanted was a handshake , now that’s CUSTMER SERVICE above and beyond my monthly premium but that is who DAVE GRANT is . If you are looking for an insurance agent there is a great example of someone that cares enough to go the extra mile. Always grateful Linwood Oneal"

"Ms. Jade Shipman was extremely helpful in securing my homeowner's policy. She thoroughly explained endorsements, and went over what was included as well as optional coverages. She helped streamline my policy and I got more coverage for $258.46 less than my previous insurance company. In addition, combining home and auto lowered my auto insurance by $351.42 per year for a total savings of $609.88. I was so impressed with the quality of service I received, I gave Jade my daughter's contact information. "Fantastic experience with Chris from the StateFarm team here in Hiram. Easy sign up experience and you get dedicated agent who is there for you whenever you need to reach out. Chris reached out over text when he saw I started a quote online and left it incomplete. (This was awesome as I just spent 30 minutes going in circles with an AI chatbot on the Geico website, just trying to get a quote.) I'm not the best at understanding insurance policies so Chris took the time to help me understand what I had and made sure he was giving me a quote that was apples to apples. Saved about $1,000 across my auto and homeowner policy, and even got a bit of extra coverage in some spots. Thanks Chris!"
